What if I have to cancel?

No Problem. There will be no charge for any cancellations unless you don’t call or email and the bouncer is delivered.  This will count as a rental and the rental fee will be expected.

Weather Policy for Cancellation

If weather.com, zip code 44138, lists 50 percent or more chance of rain the day prior to your event you have the option to cancel at no cost. No other weather forecast will be used. We are not out to take your money, we understand that issues arise in your daily life, we are always willing to work with you to the fullest extent.

Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses?

Yes. We deliver and set up all bounce house units and insure that they are clean before your party starts. We also ensure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.

What is the rental period?

The rental period is 8 hours unless special arrangements are made.

What kind of power is required?

Our Bounce houses plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Bounce house should be no more than 75 ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a park or place without an electrical outlet we cannot provide a generator at this time.

What type of surface can the Bounce house be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

Are Bounce houses safe?

Yes. Our Bounce Houses are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Bounce House.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, cash and paypal.

Are you insured?

Yes. AJ Bouncers are insured through Essex Insurance Company. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a Bounce House are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CANNOT set up a Bounce house until the liability waiver is signed.

Can I have my party at a park?

Yes. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have a bounce house at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. There is usually no charge for this; however we do need at least a one-week notice to accomplish this. Also check to see if electricity will be available, at this time we do not profide generators.

How do I reserve my Bounce House?

Simple! Just dial 1-440-235-1198 and we will reserve your bounce house and gladly answer any questions you might have.

How much room is needed for a bounce house?

You will need to provide a level area of about 20 x 20 for the combo and 30 x 20 for the slide with an overhead clearance of 17 feet for both units.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce house?

A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment.
